will this build play skyrim with visual mods on ultra to high?

Hi still trying to figure out a build to play skyrim. I will be using visual mods along with many other mods. I would like to play around 60 fps on ultra settings. Will this build do everything im asking it do or are there some parts I should upgrade like gpu?

Drop the 4gb 760 and get a 2gb 770 or a 280x. You can get some faster gskill 1866 or 2133 cheaper. Also the 750w rm isn't very good get a xfx, evga(g2 or b2), antec, or seasonic psu. Other than that it looks ok.

I hear that 2gb vram for a gpu running skyrim isn't enough. Also my bad should have said I already bought the cpu, tower, memory and power supply.

For skyrim here's what I'll recommend.
4 GB is enough running a decent amount of high texture mods and r9 290 has enough power to run demanding enb's and i5 4690K has enough power for other scripted mods

A GPU can't bottleneck a powerful CPU. Your CPU can handle any GPU(s) out there if that's what you're asking. So no bottleneck.

Ok awesome now I just have to find one in stock. What brand would you guys recommend. Asus Msi or Gigabyte...im going to avoid the evga as I heard too much problems with it.

Good choice. EVGA had problelms with their ACX launch but shortly released an improved version, the ACX 2.0, right after.
