I recently bought a new system:
GeForce GTX 980: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NH2D5DC/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S...
ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO: http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-MAXIMUS-VII-HERO-Motherboard...
Intel Core i7-4790K Processor: http://www.amazon.com/Intel-i7-4790K-Processor-Cache-BX...
Acer GN246HL Bbid 24": http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MMQ5R4E/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S...
Corsair Obsidian Series Black 650d: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139006&cm_re=corsair_black_650d-_-11-139-006-_-Product
Noctua NH-D15: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608045&cm_re=noctua_nh-d15-_-35-608-045-_-Product
Corsair Professional Series 860: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A0HZNDW/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S...
Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0089GLPR4/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_n...
Now, I do not know much about how physx works, but I am left with a Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce to just gather dust. So I was thinking of using it as a dedicated physx card but I have some questions about that since I do not know much about how it would work.
Does the GTX 980 even need (or would I even benefit?) a dedicated physx card?
Would my system be able to handle having these two cards running?
How would I go about installing the GTX 670 as a dedicated physx card.
