I have a screen recorder, a game recorder and video editor, but what I want is a program that can make some kind of animations, it doesn't need to be a big deal, just some characters talking (I want to make some kind of animated talk show), does anyone know a program that can do that?

I would probably try to make 2D if necessary, but 3D is what I'm looking for
I don't want some "cutting edge" graphics (I mostly make gameplays of old games anyway...lol)
Also, being a paid software isn't a problem, going to spend some money for this one...

Autodesk Maya is my main software. It is a 3D package that costs 3500 USD. Autodesk 3Ds Max is another variation for the same price. Blender is a free 3D package. But 3D is not easy and it takes months of leaning to do anything. For full fledged animation - you would need at least an year. 2D animation is by far easier, and both Flash and After Effects are comparably cheaper.

They both do different things in a different way, but both are capable of "animating". Flash is vector based animation/flash games and etc, while After Effects is a compositing software. You don't need more artistic skills to do 2D. 3D is just as artistically depended as 2D. But 3D animation is much more complex from technical point of view.
