or

AMD FX-Series FX-4300 (3.80GHz)
4GB DDR3 500GB HDD
Windows 8.1 64-bit
NVIDIA GeForce GT 720 1GB (not sure DDR5 or DDR3)

Can I run bo2 on low at 60fps? Or low for league of legends at 60fps? Or COD AW at low setting at 60fps? Can I also overclock my GPU to like 3.8GHz or 4.0GHz? This is just for basic gaming on low settings. I don't care about graphics just frame rates.
My budget is $400-$530. I have to get it pre-built or they build it. I can't Buy the parts and go to a store and ask them to build it. I can't build it myself either.

Solution
It is really easy to build a PC. Several youtube videos tells u exactly how to build one
and your build is not that big. I would suggest you to check price of each parts and compare and then build a pc by yourself
It would be much cheaper and you will get better in that price range.
