pc Keep crashing and rebooting

So my pc sometimes (most of the time after 4 hours or more use) it crashes then reboot itself , im not sure , but is there an explanation ? Pc Specs if it might help

Athlon 760K
8Gb ddr3 ram
1Tb hdd & 320 Gb hdd
2Gb ddr5 R7 260x
dazumba 450W psu
i overclocked it a bit, any help ?

Its all about the quality of the 450W PSU , not the Wattage itself.

Try to lower the overclock.

Some cpu's with time start to be a bit more unstable (due electrical efects on the core lanes) if you overclock only makes it faster. If youwhere close to the overclock max then you get an unstable as the time pass.

 


Its all about the quality of the 450W PSU , not the Wattage itself.
