please help in choosing right psu

Well for a GTX 760 I would recommend neither the VS nor the thunderbolt. You should get something from antec or seasonic. Since, they are the only good PSU's available in India. You're form India right?

Because they use cheap capacitors which does not have much longevity and cannot handle high loads. They can ruin your other parts. I've seen alot of post here in the forums where the CPU, motherboard or GPU stopped working because of they used crappy PSU's.

Yes, they are good and famous brand. And they make products of different quality and range. The PSU's you've mentioned is one of their low quality PSU's which they designed for mainly for PC's which does not need much power. Some of the top quality PSU's. Some of the top quality PSu's from corsair the Ax and Axi series.
