Hi all,

I am trying to get my new card to work without any luck. When I put the card in my computer and start it, it starts but gets stuck on the first screen (idk what its called, but its the motherboard screen). The card is working because the MSi logo lights up, so is it my motherboard? The motherboard is Gigabyte Z77-D3H. I have built my own pc from scratch but do not know much about updating the motherboard drivers or flashing bios, or if any of those will even help.

If you could help me, I would be very grateful as I am just looking at my pretty card lying on the sofa and it makes me sad :(

Thanks for your help.

I did CMOS and my motherboard recognised it as there was a message when I booted up my pc again, but still no result when I plug my card in.
Also, when I go to the gigabyte website and try and download and install drivers, it says that it is not compatible with 64 bit, but I selected 64 bit everytime.

Not sure 100% but 3570k cpu, 8gb ram, 750w bronze psu from OCZ so its reliable, z77-d3h mobo, 250gb ssd samsung evo.

I did connect all the cables and as I said, the card lights up and spins, so it is not power issues.
