Use that money you have and pick up an i5 instead of a new GPU, later down the road when the 960 comes out I would expect it to have a lower price point than the 760, and based on the newer tech in the 900 series it should run just fine on a 430watt power supply. ~$160-190 for the 960 (wouldn't be surprised at all if they made an ITX version of that card as well).
