Corsair H80i installation on asus m5a78l-m/usb3 motherboard

So i have this motherboard:

and i want to mount a Corsair H80i to it, but as you can see the plastic fan mount thing has four screws in it and not two any ideas? I am running a AMD FX-4100

unscrew that from the back plate, it comes off . i would re use the back plate if there is one when attaching the h80

remember to clean and re apply new paste on the cpu, should come with some on it already but you can get lower temps with better compound

The screws are majorly tight, any ideas?
