I'd Like Upgrade it to 2GB Or 4GB Good VGA Card Any Expert Suggest Me VGA Cards For My Motherboard

and What i Upgrade have PSU For that

Ebay look for HD7950 or HD7970 have seen them selling for good price lately! 550watt PSU like the Corsair VS will handle them.

Make sure to check customer feedback and consistency of sales.

Also, why ebay US?
Dont you have any computer retail stores close to you in srilanka?
