Can I run Shadows of Mordor? And FPS?

Here's a good idea of just what you'll get. This is with an E7600 and same R7 250 GPU. Put the viewer on Medium size vs fullscreen if you want to get a better idea on graphics quality, because it appears he didn't give it enough bitrate to view fullscreen, even though he only played at 1366x768 and captured at 720p. He had to use Low textures and mostly Med and Low settings.

Certainly doesn't do the game justice, but it's playable. It remains to be seen though how much lag if any he has in the tougher segments, like big battles in the 2nd half of the game in the lusher map.

This is a benchmark for Bf4 on medium as you can see its like 30 fps. However this benchmark was taken on the ideal CPU so with an Core 2 Duo it won't be pretty. With Shadow of Mordor you would see low FPS because the scale that the computer needs to render is a lot (few loading screens). So you will expect to see most of the time for it be below 30 fps. Which is unbearable for most.

It would be possible but it would certainly not be pleasant or really enjoyable.
