Hi, i'm soon going to switch from:
AMD Phenom II X2 550 with 2 unlocked cores --> Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3 / Intel Core i5-4670k
NVIDIA GTX460 768mb --> GeForce GTX 770, 2GB DDR5

So my question is which part should i upgrade first GPU or CPU? Is it good configuration? Is my motherboard(M4N98TD EVO) compatible with those parts?

Thanks in advance.

Solution
Well number 1 what's your power supply? Definitely the CPU should be first and no your motherboard will not support an Intel Processor.

you should upgrade the cpu first as the phenom aint gonna cut it no way no how.. and secondly i would rather you get the gtx 970 rather than the gtx 770 they are just around the same price and the gtx 970 is more powerful than the 770 .. and yeah its a good config if you go with the i5 4670k
