The Gigabyte is cheaper but I want to know if the Asus is better quality.
I'm not going to be overclocking which is why I'm getting the 4690 non k version. Also will the 4690 perform the exact same as the 4690k I just won't be able to overclock?

CPU: I5 4690
GPU: GTX 970
PSU: Evga 500w
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1tb
RAM: Adata 8gb 1866mhz
Case: Cougar Spike Micro atx case
