No signal when I install new graphics card?

I installed a geforce gta 750 ti graphics card into my motherboard ideacentre k330b and I get no signal from my screen. It is just black. There are no beeps and I have a 430w psu. If I wait long enough I can hear the window start up jingle. So I believe its running.

Do you have the monitor plugged into the graphics card itself, and not the motherboard?

Did you plug a power connector into the card?
