What cpu cooler should i get? Cool master 212 evo or Noctua NH-U9B SE2

Im not sure what CPU cooler i should get i will be using it on a i7 4770k it will be running a little bit hotter than normal because i will be using its integrated graphics for world of Warcraft. Only looking to spend about $60 so if you know a CPU cooler better than both of these please tell me about it!!... thank you for your time

The Noctua uses 92mm Fans it is workable in smaller cases. It is no where as good as the Hyper 212 EVO.
It is a no brainer. If you have an itty bitty case that is a different story.

First, the i7-4790K has the same list price and is a superior chip which runs at 4.0/4.4 turbo at stock.
If you will not overclock either, the stock intel cooler will do the job. It can get noisy under load.

Noctua fan quality is outstanding. But, I like tower type coolers with 120mm fans if possible.
$50 will buy you an excellent Phanteks with two 120mm fans:

@$200, a great buy.
Exactly what is your case?

Measure the height available in your case.
A cm hyper212 or any other 120mm based tower cooler will need 160mm of height available.

Those based on 92mm fans will need less.

Past that, you have downdraft coolers that can be ridiculously low.

I remember researching that case for a friend who needed a smallish case to fit his space.
I liked the spec01 very much but did not feel that a good tower cooler would fit.
For what it is worth, we got a Silverstone PS07 which does fit a tall tower cooler and also has good front intake ventilation.
Washable intake filter too.
