PSU Capacity for my first build... PCPartPicker estimate too low?

I've previously put up a thread asking for feedback on the part selection for my first build. (Located here, if you are interested.) After more research I've revised my part list to the following:

CPU: i7-4790k
CPU Cooling: Corsair H105
Mobo: ASUS Maximus VII Impact mITX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 CAS 9
Video: ATI FirePro V5900 2GB
SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 256GB (for OS)
HHD: two WD Black, one 3TB and one 1TB
Power: Corsair RM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Case: Corsair Air 240
Monitor: NEC EA244WMi-BK 24.0"
OS: Windows 8.1

I changed several components and noticed later that the estimated wattage dropped from ~450W to ~290W. This seems really low to me. Does the FirePro V5900 really use that much less power than the GTX 770? I already thought I was reeling myself back in from the 760W PSU to 650W, but if ~290W is true than can I go lower to the RM450 or even SeaSonic's 360GP?

Btw the move to the FirePro is because the primary purpose for this computer is for my wife's photography business. Lots of rendering and editing of ~1000 RAW files in Lightroom. Also some moderate use of Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, and Minecraft. (That last one is for me though :p )

I just want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious before I either get a way too overpowered PSU or a way too underpowered one due to a funky estimate. I know PCPartPicker is probably very accurate but just wanted a sanity check. I appreciate the help!

Solution
Your system is probably going to be just around 300W of power consumption, so you'll ideally want a ~550W unit as most PSU's operate at peak efficiency when around 50-60% load.
