I will be using Photoshop CC only for creating Logos, Headers, banners, buttons and some image editing. Apart from Photoshop I don't think I will use any power hungry apps- Mostly I spend a lot of time browsing, streaming vids from youtube and the like.

I am thinking of going with the following, what do you think?

Processor: Intel i5 4670
RAM : G.Skill RipjawsX (F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL) 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR3

Will I need a dedicated GPU for PS?
Does SSD have any significant impact on load times? Considering my budget, should I go for an SSD or skip it altogether?
Which mobo is the best for Intel i5 4670 ?
Any recommendations for HDD and display?

Please suggest me the best config for my requirements and budget. I will not be using this machine for gaming or for editing videos, so I don't need any unnecessary componenets which will burn a hole in my pocket.
