Please suggest me gaming graphic card under 4k budget

Hi, my name is Vicky My Comp Specifications:--
Amd Sempron 145 2.80ghz
760g Series digilite motherboard
4.0gb ram...
250 gb hard disk
Windows 7
current graphics card:- inbuilt 1 gb sharing from ram
Please suggest me gaming graphic card under 4k budget

I believe the OP means 4000rs and will be looking to buy from India, so a 970 is definitely not within that budget.

That is a very low budget, and not being from India I don't know the best places or websites to look for this stuff, but I had a quick look at flipkart and it seems your budget really only covers very low end cards like the Radeon 5450. If you can up the budget slightly you could stretch to a GT 620, which still is a very low powered GPU.

GTX 970 all the way! You could even get SLI in the future, its an incredible card for a great price. The all of the versions of the card are amazing, I am buying two GTX MSI 970's for SLI, but they are all great! Plus, if you over clock, you can great speeds!

You propose a gtx970 for a single core sempron 145???????? Do you think that if he could spend $4000 he would keep his pc?
Im guessing that's 4k inr. Sorry but you will have to save a little more to buy something decent... cpu+gpu.
