I have about $2000-$3000 to spend for an upgrade. Its been about a year now since I had this rig. Since lots of new games are coming up, I feel my rig might need an extra boost. I'm considering to upgrade my GPU mainly since (GTX 980s are out). Should i get the GTX 980s SLI now or wait for future better graphic cards?

I am currently quite happy with the Titans but i feel like the 980s will make me a lot happier :p And if I do get the 980s would i need to upgrade my CPU and mobo? Or is my current rig good enough to run it? I would be more than happy to upgrade my CPU & mobo also.

Will appreciate any response.

I would suggest that if you upgrade this system at all, that you focus on the CPU/motherboard/memory and just keep the Titans. Those are still great GPUs and I see little value in upgrading those.

Just a thought for your consideration.
