Is my PC good for basic gaming?

I want to buy a:

iBUYPOWER SOURCE SERIES NE766D3 Desktop PC
Intel Core i5 4460 (3.2GHz)
8GB DDR3 1TB HDD
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB

Can I run bo2 on low-medium and cap it on 200? Can I also run COD AW on low and cap fps? And run League Of Legends at 200 fps?

my budget is really $400-$530 but this cost $959.99 + 19.99 shipping + tax

That PC will do gaming at High Resolution (some settings at medium) at 1080P at about 40-60 FPS on average. Would easily break high FPSes on League of Legends (Hint: you don't need 200 FPS if you stay over 60 FPS, unless you have a monitor that can refresh faster than 60 Hz)

For $530, you will be building a much slower machine.

Here is an Asus Desktop with an FX-8300 for $550 after rebate.

Spend $70-$80 on a new PSU, and start your looking at the XFX R9-285A-CDBC Radeon for $230 after rebate.

If you want to stick with nVidia, the GTX 770 is certainly in play ... maybe even a GTX 970 (if you wait for the rebate to be paid)
