I have a 450w samps which is 15A on 12V rail . i want to buy an amd radeon hd 7770 for my new rig. So my question is can i run that gfx card on that smps..

Solution
That GPU doesn't need a PCIe connector, but like I said, you're installing this in a PC that only has around 192W of available power. Whilst it COULD work, you'll be placing high loads on the PSU which will end up killing it. The GPU alone uses almost 33% of the available power.

Well your PSU does not have any PCIe connector which is needed for a HD 7770, you may consider getting a new decent PSU or probably get a HD 7750 which doesn't need a PCIe connector so you can stick with your current PSU,its a little bit weaker than a HD 7770 though, or maybe if you have extra money and you want a better card than the 7750, get that GTX 750 which doesn't need a PCIe connector.

Well the PCIe connector is a cable in a PSU where you put it in a GPU because it needs more power and well as I search your PSU, your PSU don't have it, so options are get a new decent PSU and get the 7770 or greater card or get a card which doesn't need a power from the PSU like HD 7750 and gtx 750
