hard drive bay

i have never installed an harddrive in a pc but how do i install it in this ? http://images.bit-tech.net/content_images/2013/07/corsair-carbide-series-330r-review/330r-12b.jpg i know i have to plug in a sata 3 and power connector buy how do i take out the bay or whatever to put them on hard drive? or do i not have too. do i just put the hard drive in there and thats it? no need for it to be screwed on or something??

Just like the video. Install the drive with the connections facing you(front of the bay), and then connect the sata and power.

You squeeze the gray tabs on the end and pull the girdle out. Then install the drive in there and slide it back in.
