Windows 7 start up problem

yesterday i got laptop from my uncle ( its old fujitsu siemens esprimo mobile), he installed windows 7 and everything , i got it and it worked untill now and i got this http://i.imgur.com/2nnCBam.jpg please help

Does your computer make these clicking/beeping or some sort of noise when you boot it?

Contact Microsoft.

Or if you uncle did not download a genuine OS, then that could be the problem.
