That motherboard cannot overclock so you should go with the non-K i5's or a Z97 motherboard. And go for a better PSU.

eh, you don't need to overclock. Just get the non-K version and save some money. Otherwise you'd need to spend on a Z97 motherboard + a cooler + a better PSU.
