No Bluetooth Tab Under "PC and Devices" - Windows 8.1

Hey guys I am trying to connect something using bluetooth on my computer (XIM4) It requires bluetooth of course and there is no tab under the section where it usually is. I tried searching it and still nothing, Do I have to install something? Any help is appreciated guys I really need to get this thing going! OS: Windows 8.1 64-Bit (Please look at screenshot)

Assuming the Bluetooth option showed up there in the past, it’s possible that you have a driver related issue. Check out Device Manager and see if the Bluetooth adapter has a yellow exclamation mark next to it. If it does, there’s a good chance you need to update or reinstall the driver.

The Download and install drivers page offers step by step instructions on how to go about updating and installing drivers.
