That's not a bad looking system, although the power supply is not the best, but it will work just fine for games. You may want to look into getting a better CPU cooler so you can overlock the CPU if you are interested in that sort of thing.

Yes it will be able to run new games on high for the most part. Here is what you can expect:

These are current gen and for the most part GTA V and Dayz should be playable.
