Title bascially says it, im trying to get a Gaming PC for under 700$, but i have this, but i dont really know what are cheaper options that will deliver similar performance, thanks :)

Solution
For the most part it looks fine, but if you were on a budget, I would drop the SSD, Switch the FX 8350 to the FX-6300 and then use the savings from that and get the GTX 770 to get an overall longer lasting video card. You would save roughly $80~90.

Thanks, I will definitely take this into consideration, i was just wondering if lowering cpu power and bumping the video card would be more beneficial or vice versa?

That CPU is a decent CPU and it'll probably last fairly long. Newer games CPU requirements aren't that bad and support CPUs from several years old. But having a better GPU now, even a newer one can probably last you 3-4 years easily. If you go with a decent CPU, sure you might save some money now, but you'll need to upgrade sooner, costing more down the road.

Pay $100 more for a better GPU now, or pay $300 for a new GPU in about 2 years time.
