i am using 1 Samsung 840 evo 250GB paired with a Samsung 840 250 GB in raid 0 and when i benchmark the cards individually i get about 500 m/s read speeds and now that i have them both in raid 0 i am only getting 540 m/s read speeds. it seems that it should be faster than that. i do not have a RAID Card. Do you think it would help if i did? here are my specs.
