cpu intel core 2 duo E7200 2.53ghz
gpu zotac 650gtx
ram 2x2gb ddr2

now i want latest cpu who support my motherboard and ram

i have this in my mind
AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300 (FD6300WMHKBOX) Processor

but i dont know its support my mb or nt
plz help

No current processors from intel or AMD will fit in your motherboard .
Technology changes fast .

If you want an upgraded processor you will also have to get a new motherboard and new RAM
And you might have to buy a new copy of windows

find the webpage for your motherboard on the makers website .
There will be a link that shows you all supported processors

But none will be available new . Nothing that fits has been manufactured for about 6 years now
