Hello there,
I got my Gigabyte GTX 770 nearly a year now. Maybe my expectation were just to high, but in alot of games my card (or the drivers/game optimalisation) is loading textures very slow to not. For example CoD Ghosts. I don't get to run it smooth with high graphics.
But Ghosts is just shitty optimized so I think thats the games fault.
Also in Black Ops 2 the textures load slow, as seen in this video uploaded by me (everything maxed out):

In Far Cry 3 the graphics look very ugly too (everything maxed out except AA):
I really don't know, since I'm not really into PC building and stuff. The tempratures and stuff are fine.
