Ok, so this is my current build:

Here is my build:
IN WIN fanqua Black SECC Steel (0.6mm ) ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Gigabyte 990FXA- UD3 MOTHERBOARD

AMD FX-4300 Vishera 3.8GHz (4.0GHz) Socket AM3+ 95W Quad-Core

MSI AMD Radeon HD 6770 R6770-MD1GD5 1GB GDDR5, DX11 PCI Express 2.1

Corsair HX 850W PSU

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory

Seagate 600 ST240HM000 240GB 2.5" SSD
&
Seagate Barracuda 3TB 7200 RPM

So I plan on buying a Sapphire R9 290X Vapor-X and upgrading my CPU to an FX-8320 or FX-8350. I also want a new case.

First question, would my PSU handle those upgrades with ease?

Second, is the FX-8350 worth the extra money? Right now at Newegg the 8320 is going for $125.99 with the special offer and the 8350 is $179.99.

Third question, which of these cases is best, as far as space, ease of use and airflow:

Any help is immensely appreciated!

Your PSU will handle a 290X and an 8320 or 8350 with ease, even if you wanted to overclock both. $55 does seem a bit much for what is essentially exactly the same CPU with lower clock speeds, I would go for the 8320 in that case. Out of those cases, I'd personally go for the CM HAF 932. You'll have a nice build with an 8 core Piledriver, arguably the best 290X and a nice PSU :)

PSU will handle any single GPU on the market, most of them in SLI/crossfire.
Get the 8320. 8350 is just an overclocked 8320.
Getting a GTX 970 is a good suggestion

Thor is the best of those cases.

I would instead look at a corsair 300r, or nzxt phantom, or fractial design define r4.

Thanks everybody for the input! Its very much so appreciated!
Ok, I'm going with the 8320.

Still thinking between the AZZA Hurrican 2000R SAZ-2000R & Cooler Master HAF 932.

Question, is the GTX 970 really better than the R9 290X?? I've seen things that agree and disagree. Can someone elaborate on that for me?? Which is cooler, quieter, powerful etc....

AZZA is not a brand known for quality. Its not about how pretty it is on the outside, but how well it is designed for cable management, airflow, deep graphics cards, good tap&die on screw holes, and a good thickness gauge of metal that wont bend easily and wont be razorblades when trying to install.

As far as which card is better you might as well be asking which car company makes better cars. People are going to have different opinions. Whether the game is coded to take advantage of mantle (amd) or not will make a big difference in which card performs better.

Well after searching all over the net, it would seem that the GTX is better for 1080P gaming, and since I won't be going any higher than that, I think I'll roll with it.

@boosted1g I wasn't getting that case because it looked pretty, it was all the reviews I've seen and read that made me want it. It has plenty space, and tons of fans (4 230mm=2 side, 2 top, 4 120mm=2 front, 1 back, 1 side by motherboard) for lots of air flow and cooler case. And it supports up to 360mm water cooling radiator. More than enough hard drive bays with 4 of them hot swappable. Just looks like the better pick.
