Hello everyone, this is my first gaming pc that I am going to be building. I would like to know if this is a sufficient build to run games like Battlefield 4, , Advanced Warfare, Witcher 3, Assassins Creed, etc.

Thank you in advance, please let me know the good and the bad about it, as this is the first gaming PC that I will ever be building and expect it to last for at least some time :)

Thanks for your input! Also, just a few questions:

1. how many fps would I get in my listed games @ 1080p approximately?

2. is the CPU/GPU suitable for overclocking as it is with current cooling system? (Not a priority, just simple yes or no answer)
