Standard PS/2 Keyboard beeping problem

I don't know what I did or something but every time i stroke a key my keyboard beeps, through the speakers. I tried plugging in headphones to make it less annoying but it still went through the speakers regardless. I don't know if these are necessary but;

I have made sure its nothing to do with sticky keys/filter keys and I've run Malwarebytes about 10 times in the last 3 days. Nothing is working!
 
You sure it's not a speaker in your computer case?

Also, is it possible one of your keys is stuck? I know that can cause a beep from every key.

I've seen other weird issues like System RAM not being seated correctly as well.

Even if you solve the issue you might wish to get a USB2 adapter and just use USB instead.
