Should Nvidia have used Ethernet to stitch together Blackwell GPUs?

Should i use stock thermal paste on h100i or arctic silver 5?

Is there a huge difference between the two? Should i keep original paste on, or can i wipe it off and apply arctic silver 5? Which is better?
