Windows Explorer Keeps Crashing Win8 (Even in safe mode!!) sfc returns no errors and restore health was successful. HELP!!!

Windows Explorer keeps crashing every 10 seconds or so whenever I interact with the desktop or windows explorer (even sometimes without!). I ran sfc /scannow and Dism ... /RestoreHealth and fixed all that junk yet the problem persists!

When I check event viewer I get AppHangB1

I tried safe mode, I tried booting without any 3rd party services.

Restoring system from previous point is not an option for me at the moment.

Also I updated windows about 2 weeks ago but the problem didnt start until 2 days ago

All help is appreciated!

This may sound weird but its worth the shot; Try changing the RAM of your computer and try again. If not I'm afriad you got to Reformat.

Personal experience: same error message as yours. I reformated windows, but problem still percist. Took out the hard drive and tried on another computer and it worked just fine. Sent my other computer to the service center and I was told that it has a problem with the Ram.
