Weird motherboard problem

I'm having a problem and it's probably my motherboard.
It started with my keyboard not being recognized on the ps2 port. The keyboard works fine on my friends computer so I bought a USB adapter which worked fine for a few days and then again stopped working. Recently my speakers don't work . Yesterday when I booted my PC it automatically went to bios even though no keyboard was connected. Discard changes and exit would only give a black screen and bios starts again. On hitting save changes and exit my PC rebooted without problems.
I think it is my motherboard but any ideas?
Thnx

I think so too. But I want to be sure bcoz if it is not a mobo issue at all ,my money would be wasted.
I will try changing the battery.
