Hi, I was wondering if my rig is compatible.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/D4TJTW

This is my first build so Im kind of concerned, because I just notice that (XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply) is atx12v. And the motherboard I looking to get is a(Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard)

Please help?

Solution
Yes it's completely compatible. And any ATX12V PSU is completely compatible with the intended MoBo. 12V is for denoting that major current is delivered through 12V line, which's correct.

Oh yea one more thing if you dont mind, on the cpu I want states (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J2LIFBY/ref=gno_cart_title_0?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER), "Compatible with Z87 and Z97 motherboards. Z87 motherboard users may need to apply a BIOS update for compatibility. Not compatible with Intel Motherboards." but the (http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/amazon/gigabyte-motherboard-gah97d3h )motherboard happen to be a Intel H97. Does this mean I should downgrade my cpu to a 4670? hanks in advance. Sorry forgot to ask this as well. Trying to be on the safe side.
