Screen goes off after overçlocking Gpu

I am in trouble guys my graphic card won't work anymore after I overclocked. I have a gt 520 2gb I overclock its GPU clock to 1000 MHz!!! By thunder master overclocking software after 2sec of applying settings my screen turns grey I restart my PC but screen is not working just black I can't even enter my bios black screen!! Mouse and keyboard also not working but after taking out the graphic everything works perfectly
I think its voltage problems
How I can restore stock clocks of my GPU I can't even open bios just black screen

okay if thats the case and youre CERTAIN you tired uninstalling everything...youre gonna need to use a program driver sweeper. You got to be careful using that program though, its a good idea to look up a guide to follow on youtube or something.

Guys i cannot boot into bios because my screen goes black after putting my GPU back I also reverted to integrated graphics but while my system is running I put back my GPU in my mobo my screen goes off mouse keyboard stop working I don't know what to do

When in safe mode or using your igpu uninstall the gpu drivers. It may not let you revert to defaults with no gpu plugged in but try to restore defaults in msi afterburner or Asus gpu tweak or whichever program you used. regardless of being able to revert the settings or not Uninstall afterburner or Asus gpu tweak or whatever you used to OC the gpu. Then reboot. Power off. Put gpu in. Re install drivers. Etc.

I Have Already tried this nothing worked everytime i put my gpu back screen goes off black even when i was in bios

i want a method to revert my gpu clocks
i think i set my gpu clock too high! that it wants more voltage to run that is the reason when i put my gpu back everything goes off my screen, keyboard, mouse
