Hey guys, I built my gaming rig about a year ago and at the time this card was about $110 or so, I looked up reviews on YouTube and it seemed like a pretty decent card....however, I was wrong. My CPU is the AMD FX-6300 @3.4Ghz, but I feel like the graphics card (Radeon 7770 GHz Edition) just isn't performing it's very best....even in Battlefield 3 I have to play with custom settings (mostly medium/medium-low settings).

Why was this card so much money when for $50ish more I could've gotten a really good nVidia card....

GTX 750 Ti is the best budget card IMO.

What's a good (yet not too expensive) card that works well with the AMD FX-6300?

I know this thread has been pretty much closed, but I would like to point out that an HD 7770 and a AMD FX-6300 can EASILY get ~40 on ultra, 50-70 on high, and 60-90 on medium-high settings at 1080p in BF3 provided you don't have AA on.

Here's where it gets weird though...on BF3 on a 32 player map I get about 20 fps on Ultra with no AA, around 60ish on medium-high with AA on and upwards of 80+ on Medium-low with AA on.
