Looking for barebones system with the most 16x PCI-E slots

I am looking for a barebones system that has as many 16x PCI-E slots as possible. I had previously been looking at:

Tyan FT72B7015 (B7015F72V2R) Dual Xeon/SATA2/2400W 4U Server Barebone System

but this seems to be discontinued. Does anyone know of a system that is comparable?

pretty any Haswell-e will support many GPU.
what budget ?
what need, 2 xeon CPU or one gaming cpu ?
overclockable
ecc RAM ?
