graphics card powering

i have a gtx 750 ti oc graphics card that requires a minimum of 400w psu and 21amps on the 12v and a 6 pin connector and have about 80w power consumption ,but my psu is 450w and have 15amps on the 12v rail and doesn't have a 6 pin connector,can i run this graphics card on 18 amps and by the pcie lane and without the 6 pin connector?

If it has a connector it needs it connected, if connected you most likely can run it.

what about the amps i have 15 amps on 12v1 and 12amps on 12v2

as i know that the pcie lane give 75w and i think my graphics card can run at 75w but not at full load, so shouldn't my gpu work without the 6pin connector?

Probably not because if it got one it is probably wired on a separate circuit. All you need is a molex to 6pin PCIe adapter to connect it.

maybe i won't be able to find a 6 pin adapter i was thinking of getting a new psu what do you recommend ?i was thinking of a 600w psu

i've got the gpu when i inserted it, the gpu light and the fans turned on but the screen stayed black without connecting the 6 pin connector .does that mean that it can work without it or i'll keep seeing the black screen until i plug the 6 pin connector?

Yes it needs that connector to display.
