Which is a Better 800$ gaming build

Which of these is a better build or does someone recommend a different better build. Thanks for your help! Sorry this is my first pc build with my own money etc. and I want to make sure I am choosing the best build.

Both use quite a bad PSU. Change it for an XFX 550w unit and get build number 2.

I also recommend Windows 8.1.

Hands down the 2nd build. I would only change the power supply for something with better built quality like this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii520bronze

I'd go with the i5, just because of the better motherboard, GPU and RAM......
Build quality is very important, especially with similar performing machines
