problem with Zotac GTX 650 ! please help me :(

Uninstall your previous GPU drivers, shut down, plug in the monitor to the 650, turn on PC.

I think the GPU display is dead and i am afraid if that so then there is nothing you could do except to use the warranty if you had it and RMA the card.
I have a similar problem like yours with my old Hd 6670 and its now somewhere lying in my room.

Is this a new card or old?

Most of the display problem you will notice after passing the boot screen so looking at your problem i think its a defective or dying GPU.

Ya you better hurry up before you loose the warranty and ask them to replace the card with a new one if possible (speaking from bad experience card gone for warranty come back good run for 5-6 months with no problem then the warranty was over and the card got broke again.)

Theres many reasons for this problem and these include
1) insufficent power .... many cards will work up to windows desktop but will stop as soon as anything more intensive starts ... power is the obvious cause and a 500w psu or better is recommended ... however amps are just as important as watts ... for the GTX650 requires around 30A(minimum) on the +12v rails and a single 6pin pci-e connector .... you can use "molex to 6pin" adapters but the molex end should be connected to fresh molex connector ( in other words dont use a molex connector thats allready been split or dont share the molex with a hard drive for example )
2) drivers ... recent nvidia drivers have been plagued with problems allthough most are with fermi based cards ( eg GTX470 ) .... however it may be worth using the wddm(windows display driver model ) drivers that are installed by default ... also the most stable drivers of late is the 314.22 release ( http://www.nvidia.com/object/win8-win7-winvista-64bit-314.22-whql-driver.html )
3) nvidia driver components .... when installing any nvidia driver theres many other parts ( called components ) aswell as the display driver,and it may be one of these components thats causing the issues ... try using a custom installation and unchecking specific components and see how this goes .. i would start by disabling the "geforce experience" first ... this may look good but does very little except change ingame settings ( which in many cases are incorrect anyway )
4) clean driver install ... this is a relatively new feature and basically removes/cleans any remaining driver files/components ensuring your new nvidia driver installation is 100% clean .... to do this run the custom installation and tick the box marked "clean install "
finally ensure "onboard graphics" is disabled and "init display first " is set to "pci-e" or "peg" .... however by the sounds of it these may have allready been changed ...
you should also re-seat the card ... or in other words remove the card from the pci-express x16 bus(slot) and reinstall it .....

I would try uninstalling the previous graphics drivers then inserting the card. Just because you haven't had a dedicated GPU before doesn't mean you don't have to do this. You were using your iGPU before which came with drivers that are incompatible with your new hardware, you have to uninstall those.

If you let the GPU sit in the bios does it disconnect the monitor like loading windows does? Also this might have been asked before but do you happen to have another pc to test the card with?
