well tbh I've been searching for a new pc... sense i haven't owned a desktop in over 10 years...

i have a budget max of 900-1000, with or without monitors /speakers / mouse etc.

it would have to be able to run amazing not much noise and cooled so it doesn't warm up
my roommate has a desktop aswell and its the main one in the apartment so that ethernet correct? so i would need a wireless component, i'm not tech savy any help greatly appreciated.
and i would like that it looks cool but casual nothing too flashy but it never hurts

someone told me about xidax and in chat they configured this i don't know if its good: http://www.xidax.com/desktops/x-6/?saveconfig=23603

build - im a novice never built nor tried.. im looking for kinda what i said above great graphics / power i heard you could get 10x the quality parts / features for way cheaper when building any suggestions?

Solution
Just the phillips screwdriver, is generally all you need. Needle nose pliers come in handy sometimes too. Love my leatherman tool. :D I have never had static issues. I make sure I touch the case first, if I have been sliding around on the floor a lot. Building on kitchen table is fine too, though.

that maybe so but im not tech savvy tbh and i thought the cer Predator AG3-605-UR1D Desktop, wasn't able to be upgradable ?

and that doesnt include the 2 monitors that xidax said they could get me a great deal on.. if your insisting just the predator, what separate monitors would you recommend for value and quality that goes well with the predator cause still debating 2 monitors

yeah i might decide to try and build one sounds like a decent project i guess i got my laptop if i need to use something before its finished but uhm, so i could get a good pc building without spending 1k? for like 700 ish, cause like i said ill need to buy monitors etc. which you didnt include plus it doesnt have alot of stuff that i thought would be needed like a cooling feature besides a default fan, cause of the power itll have to use.. anyone else got rig ideas?

$1k build with monitor, keyboard/mouse, and speakers. I had an aftermarket cooler in my build above, but the stock one is sufficient for a locked chip.

Pre built uses the cheapest crap they can have made for them never buy one like that.
I guess they can get you a good deal on 2 monitors since your already paying double what the parts cost I didn't even see a video card form the Xidax build.
I would go with one of (logainofhades's)builds.
