I have a asus gtx 970 4gb card and just looking for some advice and what i can can overclock it to Ive run a benchmark(3D Mark Firestike) i have also monitored my temps with HWMonitor im a getting 32-34c idle and about 60-63c under load will running fire strike what do u guys reckon i can squeeze out of this card in terms of memory clock and core clock and safe temps and been 100% stable at the same time

Solution
it depends on the card realy, my core clokc is running at 1516MHz and mem clock at 1907MHz
but overclocking your card is pretty much trial and error. not every card can handle the same overclock. some can go higher, some lower, it's completely random

well ive jsut tryed some overclocking boostes my core clock to 1405Mhz getting 1605Mhz with boost and my memory clock to 7500Mhz seems to be ruuning stable gpu is hitting about 71c at that over clock so ive got about 150+ on core and 200+ offset on memory

cany ou disable the boost in any way? I'm not a huge fan of that when you overclock
but that's about the same as my settings.
go stress your card with programs like unigine valley/heaven and leave it running for a while. if your overclock is a bit to much for the card it'll either start having some weird behaviour or your drivers will crash
