Here's my opinion. As far as I can tell everything's compatible. I made some suggested tweaks and listed them below. I kept your case because it's good and the Obsidian line is great. I love the i5 processor, it's great, and judging from the 'K' version you chose and a cpu cooler I'm guessing you will be overclocking. The problem is, the cooler you chose will not be enough to OC your cpu the way you want, so I replaced with an excellent Noctua for not much more money. Your mobo is fine, however Seagate just does not make reliable hard drives, as you can see here. I replaced with another one that is more reliable and costs even less. I also got a cheaper and well-regarded ram, saving you a few more quid.

I've got to be honest, I...
You are in good shape. My thoughts are below...

MB - Fine, but maybe a bit of overkill. Look toward the Gaming 5 for a lower cost option. It only gives up two SATA ports to the Gaming 7. Also, the ASRock Extreme 4, ASUS Z97-A and Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI are also good options.
PSU - No CX / CS / Builder series from Corsair. Stick with XFX or Seasonic for known good quality units. There are others, but with these to manufacturers there is no need to think twice.

I've got to be honest, I don't have much faith in video cards other than those made by Asus, EVGA, MSI or Sapphire. I switched yours to MSI which is probably the highest-regarded of all of them. As others have said, you need a very high quality PSU for gaming and OC'ing in particular, so I replaced yours with one with higher-quality components. Finally, keep Win 7 if you like, but Win 8.1 will be the best future-proofing you can get as DirectX 12 will not be supported by 7. I hope this helps, and if you will not be OC'ing let me know!
