I am currently offered a PowerColor PCS+ HD7870 Myst. Edition 2GB GDDR5 at $90. I was also offered a Sapphire Technology AMD ATI Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5 for $110. Is there any real difference between the brand? Or should I just simply get the Powercolor version of the card?

Solution
[strike]Just as the Sapphire Edition name tells, its the GHz Edition, which has a core clock of 1000MHz. The PowerColor version is only 925Mhz. With some luck and overclocking, you should be able to get the same performance, as 75MHz doesn't justify spending 20$.
In relative numbers, the GHz Version should perform ~2-5% better than the standard version.[/strike]
Edit : The PowerColor version uses the Tahiti LE chip, which performs 10% better than the standard HD 7870. So get the 90$ card, which should perform 5-8% better.
