Couple of questions about the next-gen release of GTA V

1. Will I still get the in-game $1,000,000 if I preorder the game on Steam?

2. Can I transfer my progress from my 360 to my PC and Xbox One, or just one of them?

I have yet to see anything from steam that mentions the 1,000,000 for pre-orders. Gamestop however does mention this and I expect steam will too.

Previously we were told that you can transfer your current progress to the Xbox One and PS4 and when the PC comes out they will transfer to there once as well. Single player will not transfer.
