Hi everyone. I know there's a ton of threads about this problem here, but I think I have a different problem.
So I tried updating the BIOS on my Sabertooth 990FX 2.0 (Windows 8 was crashing a lot, thought updating the bios would be a good idea) with the USB bios Flashback. I renamed the file to ST990R20.CAP, turned the pc off, plugged the USB key in the flashback slot, pressed 4 seconds until the flashing light appeared. One minute later it stopped, I removed the key and tried turning on the pc. Didn't work. I mean, blank screen. The fans & everything else seems to run, but not the motherboard.
Is there an easy fix to this problem? Or do I need to call ASUS for a new mobo? That seems ridiculous, I exactly followed the instructions to update the Bios.
