Solution
You will be able to play current and upcoming games, but not at max setting with high frame rates. Your processor is starting to show it's age and the R7 250 graphics cards are rather slow when it comes to gaming standards. You might be able to get by with low settings at playable frame rates and medium settings if you are lucky on a "Good Day".
